The Equimotion Prevention Programs

A pre-event Equimotion Sports Massage loosens, warms and readies the muscles for the event.

A post-event Equimotion Sports Massage relieves muscle pain and stiffness by returning the muscles to a normal state much faster than if they had been allowed to go without a massage.   After vigorous exercise dehydration takes place in the horse, and with the loss of fluids it is harder for him to cool down.

An Equimotion  Sports Massage helps to keep the entire body in better physical condition.

Plan A:     Recommended for horses at high levels of competition.
Week 1         Three massages
Week 2         Two massages
Week 3          One massage
Thereafter    Once a week

Plan B: Recommended for horses that compete on a regular basis.
One massage every two weeks

Plan C: For horses that compete occasionally:
One massage every two weeks for six weeks, then as needed.

Plan D: For horses that are used for pleasure or very light competition:
Massage as needed.

Courses of treatment are tailor made to your horses' problem/requirements.
We also have the facilities available for long and short term rehabilitation at our Suffolk base.
An
